We are specialist Dutch – English translators and as such only produce translations from Dutch into English. We further offer a revision service for English translations or texts written by non-natives. We also provide certified translations for mostly legal documentation.

We accept all common software formats. Using a professional conversion programme, PDF documents are converted into Microsoft Word to enable translating in Trados and/or SDL Studio. Trados and/or SDL Studio is used in every translation format, such as Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint, if possible.

Each translation is proofread by our (native) proofreader prior to delivery to the agency. On occasion translations are returned by the end-user for inspection, after having been edited and converted into the final publication format. We fully understand the requirement for a subsequent revision in those instances and will proofread the document once more, free of charge.

Depending on the requirements of the client, we can deliver cleaned and uncleaned files (or both). Please note that we are advanced users of Trados and SDL Studio and are always happy to answer any query you may have in respect of these leading applications.
